What a nifty wagon. Sarah and I got one for Ella for her birthday.

Cute dog, and of course, cute Owen.

I left a comment here last night after your visit. Yes, there is a lot going on. I think I've become more aware and hear about more serious illnesses since Ella was born. She was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis right after birth, and so this year has been one of reading lots and trying to educate myself.

That diagnosis was a hard one, but Ella has been very well and healthy this first year, and we pray for many more years of good health for her...until a cure is found.

Tucker is my daughter's cat who is ailing. He was her firstborn kitty and is only seven. She's enjoying the time that he has left, but she wonders how long it will be. My heart aches for her during this time. My husband, her father, was taken from us five years ago in a terrible vehicle accident, and they were SO close. She has done o.k. as time has gone by.

I know thie is "just a cat" but I know that you understand the heartache.

I knew about Ella's cystic fibrosis from reading your posts. I, too, pray for cures for so many of these diseases, especially the ones that affect children.

Oh, yes, I understand the heartache that comes with having to let go of a beloved pet. My heart goes out to your daughter.

And, I can't even begin to imagine what you have had to deal with having lost your husband in such a tragic way. I am so sorry.

You sound like such an optimistic person who has taken what life has given you as you continue to move forward in a positive and hopeful way...

Take care,
xoxo
