He really outdid himself with this one as he slaved worked in the kitchen for over an hour preparing an incredibly delicious meal!

Here was what was on the menu:

Chicken breasts stuffed with a mixture of fresh spinach, minced garlic, nuts, raisins and Panko crumbs.

The chicken was wrapped around this yummy mixture and then served with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard.

Accompanying this delicacy was Meditteranean Orzo salad with Orzo pasta, fresh lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and feta cheese.
