Unfortunately, I found out that my driver's license expired 12 days ago...this was discovered when I went to cash in my 'scratch card' (for the $25 that I won!!!) I had no idea....and because of that....I received no money
.... : (
They are very strict about that here. I also found out that if I were to win a jackpot...I wouldn't be able to collect anything because I am without a valid id.
AAARGH!

Sorry you didn't get to claim your money. It's probably good you found out your license was expired. One day Sarah was sitting at a red light and when the light turned green, she got pulled over.
A state trooper had been sitting behind her, and out of boredom, I guess, ran her plates. It came up that her driver's license was expired. She told him she hadn't gotten a renewal in the mail.
He said since he had run her i.d., he had to give her a ticket. I think it cost her about $70.
