It actually turned out to be very good and went really well with the fresh corn off of the cob, pink-eyed peas from the Farmer's Market, wonderful tomato slices, and a delicious piece of fresh snapper that Dave picked up at the fish market nearby and I coated with Panko crumbs and sauteed in a pan with fresh squeezed lemon, garlic and capers.
