Today marks the end of the High Holidays in my faith. While it is the end of the holiday, it is also the beginning of a period of renewal.

It is a day to ask for forgiveness of those we may have hurt or caused sadness to in the past year. It is a time of introspection and prayer and anticipation of the year ahead.

"Forgiving is the giving, and so the receiving of life." George McDonald

"To understand is to forgive, even oneself." Alexander Chase

I wish each of you a beautiful day....and I wish the world PEACE.

I forgive you for reading my blog, for saying so, and for thus making me wiggle with silly joy.

Will you forgive me for reading your blog?

You are "forgiven" Bert! : )

And, your comment: "thus making me wiggle with silly joy" is certain to keep a smile on my face all day!
