On April 30, 2007, as a symbol of support for, not only the victims of the Va. Tech massacre, but for victims all over the world, all bloggers are being asked to observe a day of silence on their blogs.
So, spread the word and on that day just post the graphic (above) on your blog.
Thanks.

Grammie, if you had come up with this idea and proposed it to me, I might have considered it.
But not this way. This is BS, this is what's wrong with "Civilization."
Some dimwit, a charlatan of the first waters, came up with this nonsense and is patting himself on the back, preening like a love-struck mallard, about being the author of this pointless, POINTLESS, non-activity.
Support for victims, my robust butt cheeks! As deeds go (and deeds are what count in life) this is a total not-starter. If you don't believe me, ask Owen what he thinks of this idea.
On April 30 I will attempt to break my one day blog posting record. Not to aggravate you, but to make my own little point about what victims need.
Bertsky!
I seemed to have struck a little nerve with this "silent blogger day" announcement.... : 0
....sorry, but I do think that it is a nice sentiment of sorts. Anything to make people stop and think a little can't hurt now, can it?
Sorry to have ruffled your feathers....
Hi, Grammie,
You are welcome re: The Thinking Blogger Award. It was very sincerely given.
What a coincidence. Last Thursday I had two students who were on a Silent Day "mode". I thought it would be great if the whole school would do it even for just a day!!! BTW it was for the wars in the world, and for those who died because of it, I was told. I'm with you on the 30th.
About the TTBA logo:
I went to the site and clicked on the link to the silver logo.
I right-clicked on the logo and saved it on my computer.
I downloaded the logo like I was downloading my pictures and uploaded it to my post.
Good luck!
Princess
