I have had such mixed feelings today...
On the one hand, I am so proud of my two boys who have turned into such incredibly loving and fun dads. They are so deserving of this special day....and I feel good that they each spent the day with their beautiful families.
But, I have felt an emptiness in my heart because my dear father is no longer here to receive the appropriate attention from his four daughters....and, to be among the honored today. I miss his presence so.
To all of the wonderful, caring fathers out there, I salute you today!
