The end of a long, baking day...but, a big bowl of vegetable soup and this warm, crusty bread, made it all worthwhile.
Now, if I could just get someone to clean up this mess!

I love bg bread. It's zen-like. I've never made anything that didn't turn out well, although I stay away from Rapid Rise yeast - it's exactly the opposite, unless you bloom it first in warm water.
