Part 2 in my quest to lighten up my life...

Interestingly, I found this little bit of advice online this morning.  It goes along with my post yesterday and gives me even more incentive to follow my "plan".

Stop Taking Yourself So Seriously

Turns out, laughter may be one of the best protectors of your heart. According to a study presented at a meeting of the American Heart Association, people who laughed less were more likely to have heart disease than those who knew how to let out a good chuckle. Being able to find amusement in life's strange twists and turns helps you put things in proper perspective.

Joke time:

Woman sitting at home on the veranda with her husband and she says: "I love you."

He asks: "Is that you or the wine talking?"

She replies: "It's me ............... talking to the wine."

That joke was a great contribution to remedy heart disease if laughter is indeed a cure.
