I can't get over Ella! She really has "sprouted" in the last year! Adorable!
Yes, Owen is in Kindergarten now....and they will make a decision near the end of the school year whether to move him on to first grade or give him another year in kindergarten.

My goodness he has taken on such a look of maturity and he is one handsome dude! Even at that, boys do not mature as quickly as girls and given the choice, the should probably hold him in K another year. Better to be one of the oldest among his peers than one of the youngest. Well that's my two cents worth. Happy Birthday Master Owen!

Wonderful five! Ella had her birthday in August. It seems like they mature overnight.
The night before Ella's birthday, her parents told her that when she woke up, she would be five. She said, "You mean I'll be all growned up?"
The next morning she said to them, "See, my legs are longer."
Is Owen starting kindergarden, or is he going to wait a year?
